Flat legal fee, one click, and that is it. Mighty Marks loves the law and loves registering business trademarks so we conveyed that in every nuance, and didn't make it seem fake or cheesy. The form is short and sweet, there are congratulatory high-five animations, and some not-so-pointless banter to bring across the client's sincere attitude. Strategy about what happens after the "purchase-click" was developed as well so the user doesn't feel a disconnect between the online experience and legal process that ensues afterwards.
